PA Pet Owners One Step Closer to Rabies Medical Waiver

Update on a January post: The full Senate of Pennsylvania legislature unanimously passed Rabies Medical Exemption Bill SB 155, permitting a waiver of rabies vaccine for animals judged by a licensed veterinarian to be at risk of adverse reaction. It must pass the Pennsylvania House of Representatives before become law.

Please contact your state representative to support SB 155:  http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/contact.cfm?body=S

While California pet owners are in danger of losing ground on rabies vaccination law, Pennsylvanians are one step closer to a sensible and humane law.
